This pure and flavorful Chenin Blanc from the heart of the Bot River valley offers tasty flavors of fresh apple, pineapple, and citrus zest. Grapes are picked early from 5 to 45-year-old vines, and fermentation takes place in batches with various yeasts strains in concrete and stainless steel. The wine is aged for about half a year in tank on its lees before bottling.
